Our Christmas beers Pale Star (pale ale), Smokin Santa (smoked porter) and Fresh Snow (IPA) are available. We also have a great new gift box which contains four 330ml bottles of beer with our stemmed glass - a fantastic tasting set for beer lovers!

Conker King is now available. A beautifully balanced thirst quenching amber beer, made with 100% English hops. Try Conker King at our final open night of 2017 on Saturday 28th Oct when we'll be holding our conker tournament (we'll provide the conkers!), best carved and largest pumpkin competitions. Plus pizzas from Alex's wood-fired pizza.

Green Hop Ale is now available. A beautiful light ale brewed the day after the hops were harvested from Stocks Farm in Worcestershire and our own hop field in Devon.

Green Hop Ale will be available at our open night on Saturday 30th Sept, plus fantastic curry from Sajla's Taaza Curry.

Our latest seasonal ale Toasty is available. New for 2017, Toasty is a cracking beer full of toasty malty flavour overlaid with a full hop aroma. It's the perfect accompaniment to a barbeque on a summer evening. Come and try it at our open night on Saturday 29th July, along with spit roast lamb and burgers from Thirst Choice.

Our stout, Tamar Black, will be at the Great British Beer Festival. The GBBF will be celebrating it's 40th anniversary at Olympia, London from 8-12th August. They'll be over 900 real ales, craft beers, ciders, perries and English wine to sample.
Tamar Black will also be on offer at our open night on Saturday 24th June, with food from Alex's wood-fired pizza.

Inspired by the Lions rugby tour to New Zealand, we have a new beer available. Roar with Pride is a fruity summer ale - a perfect accompaniment to the rugby!

Our May open night is on Saturday 27th May - a perfect opportunity to try Roar with Pride. Joining us will be Sajla's Taaza Curry who'll have some great curries on offer!

Our first open night of 2017 will be on Saturday 29th April 6.30pm-9.30pm. We'll have at least 6 ales on draught and Occasions will be joining us with their delicious food. On offer will be Beef Goulash with jacket potatoes and hand made pork sausages in rolls. Looking forward to it!!

We're pleased to confirm the dates for our 2017 open nights. We'll be holding 7 open nights on the last Saturday of the month from April until October. Joining us to provide some delicious food will be Occasions Sajla's Taaza Curry Alex's wood-fired pizza and Kernowforno. See our Events page for more details.

We're starting 2017 with a celebration of English hops. We have two new beers, both brewed with 100% English hops:
"Bang On!" an English Pale Ale, and
"Great English Hops" a beautiful English ale with a deep ruby colour.
